BUT YOU CAN ALWAYS CALL OR TEXT US FOR THE DELIVERY UPDATE OF YOUR ORDER. 

 

 


 

For same day deliveries and pick up please order before 3PM and give us 3 to 4 hours. We can’t guarantee the time you selected but we will try our best to fulfill your delivery time frame.

If any customer claims that an order was not delivered, In many cases, delivery was attempted but either the recipient was not home/office and/or no roomates were available to accept the order. We reserve the right to reattempt the delivery if this occurs.

We are not responsible for any order when the recipient refuses to accept the arrangement. We will not issue full refunds to any customer where the recipient, for whatever reason, will not accept the arrangement or refuses delivery. The flowers can only be refunded, not the delivery fee.  

Please review your order to be sure that the delivery information you gave us is correct and also that you choose the correct delivery fee or pick up option. if there are any mistakes made on the shipping information or if you chose the wrong option for delivery or pick up, your order may either be delayed or canceled. Any orders that are for pick up and fail to come within 48 hours, there will be no refunds granted but you may schedule another pick up date or call in with your credit card to pay the delivery fee.  

If an order was delivered to the recipient and there is a question about the quality of the arrangement, the recipient should contact us directly. In almost every case, we will gladly replace the arrangement. To request a replacement, Urban Flowers must be contacted within 24-48 hours of the delivery date. No refunds or replacements will be made for any order that the recipient or sender not notify us within 2 days of the original delivery date. It is the responsibility of the sender to review all of the information provided on this website relating to refunds and/or replacements.

 
 

Substitutions At Times May Be Required

       Urban Flowers will always attempt to fulfill an order as closely as possible. However if the Vase, Pot container, Flowers or other items are unavailable, the order will be substituted with a content equal to the original value of the order. . When placing an order, the customers allows substitutions, this means that the sender is allowing Urban Flowers to use flowers they have available to work with while trying to keep the arrangement as similar as possible. This may mean that the recipient does not necessarily receive an arrangement identical to what is pictured, although every effort is made to do so. If you order a few days in advanced, you will not have this issue.

 

Need to Cancel?

        If you placed an order and for whatever reason needs to cancel the order, please call us at (415) 355-1028, Text us at (415) 676-7976, or email us urban.flowers.sf@gmail.com. The cancellation must be made 1 day prior to the delivery date of the order. If the cancellation is received after the order is delivered, no refund can be issued.
